When your account gets blocked in Instagram, with the infamous “Feedback required” message displayed, first change your proxy to a mobile one. That alone solves many cases immediately, but also sets the basis for a better trust score.
If this doesn’t help or (as usual) helps for a certain time only and the blocks come back, then it’s time to clear the cookies. This is equal to deleting cached data on the mobile app, for instance to save memory. You can at the same time swap your proxy and clear the cookies.
